For the first time in decades Pierce will have a middle school wrestling team.
Wrestling is like many sports but no other sport is like wrestling. Wrestling takes patience, determination and dedication. It's a 1 vs 1 sport. YOU vs your opponent, toe on the line, who wants it more? It takes skill, strength, and will. This sport is not for the faint at heart. No one becomes a great wrestler overnight; it takes persistence.
All interested 7th and 8th graders (males and females) should report to Mr. Crawford's room Thursday, January 6th after school, for an informational session. Participants must have a physical on file with the school.
